National AIDS Control Programme Phase III (NACPIII – a Government of India, Ministry of Health Programme) is focussed on saturation of coverage of core and bridge population (HRG and marginalized) through quality targeted intervention (TI) programme to control the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

In order to ensure quality of intervention, focussed capacity building is required. Therefore, under NACP III, major focus has been given to provision of uniform, quality training to different categories of staff working with NGOs/CBOs, peer educators & volunteers in targeted intervention projects.
